We recently brought our car to your shop to have body repair work done as part of our insurance coverage with USAA. We are very satisfied with the work done by your shop. In fact, the repaired area looks like a brand new car, which is what we hoped for.
I want to especially commend Mr. Brochu for taking care of our vehicle. He was courteous and professional in all respects and delivered a service for which we are grateful. I am taking the liberty of sending a copy of this letter to an adjustor at USAA who assisted us with our claim. They, also, and (I might add) as usual, provided us with outstanding service in this matter. That’s why I have been with them for almost 30 years.
I won’t hesitate to recommend Darling’s to others and to use you again myself, although forgive me for saying I hope it’s not too soon.

I am writing to advise you of the exceptional service and care we received by your staff a couple of weeks ago.
My wife and I were on a short vacation and shopping trip to the southern Maine area when we were involved in a minor “fender bender” at the Target store exit off Western Avenue. We were not injured, but our 2000 Dodge Caravan was not driveable. The AAA attendant recommended your dealership to effect the repairs and that your staff would treat us well.
We were met by Todd Farrin, your Collision Repair Manager, who advised us not to worry and we would be looked after. He then turned us over to Dave Knight who looked after us and made determinations on the repairs to our vehicle. A rental car was arranged for us so we could continue our trip to Freeport.
Prompt attention by your staff led by the named persons above and our insurance company resulted in our vehicle being repaired and road worthy at 6 PM Friday night, a mere 30 hours after our accident. We do not believe we would have got this type of service back in Nova Scotia.
Please accept our sincere thanks for the exceptional service we received and please pass on our sincere appreciation to Todd and Dave and all the staff at the Collision Repair Center for their work.
We were able to finish our vacation and enjoy your beautiful state with very little interruption.
