Do you offer rentals?
Yes, we offer rentals on-site for the convenience of our customers.
Can Darling’s report my claim to my insurance company?
Unfortunately, we cannot report the claim. We will gladly assist however we can during the claim process.
Do you charge for estimates?
No, estimates are free of charge.
Do you offer loaner vehicles?
No, we do not offer loaners. We do offer rentals on-site for the convenience of our customers.
How long does an estimate take?
An average estimate takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
Should I get multiple estimates?
Generally, you do not need to get multiple estimates.
What if there is more damage than my estimate?
Insurance companies are aware that there could be hidden damages. If this is the case and we discover additional accident-related damage during the repair process, we will call the insurance company to get it covered.
My insurance company is directing me to their network shop. Do I have to go there?
No, as a customer, it is your choice as to where you would like your vehicle repaired.
Do you allow night drops?
Yes, we have a night drop located by the garage door with an awning over it.
